Summary
Handover Vault does not create user accounts and does not collect, transmit, sell or share your personal data. The app contains no advertising, analytics SDK, cross-app tracking or cloud sync.
Data you add to the app
You may enter property addresses, names, notes, checklist results, findings, utility readings, key counts, photos and signatures. These records are stored only in the app’s private container on your device and are used to create the reports you request.
When you select a photo or use the camera, Handover Vault stores a local copy for that inspection. It does not upload photos or scan the rest of your photo library. The app calculates a SHA-256 fingerprint locally for evidence included in a report.
Reports and sharing
PDF reports are generated locally. Data leaves the app only when you explicitly use Apple’s share sheet or otherwise export a report. The destination you choose may have its own privacy practices.
Purchases
Handover Vault Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase handled by Apple through StoreKit. The app receives only Apple-verified purchase entitlement information. We do not receive or store your payment card, billing address or App Store credentials.
Retention and deletion
Your records remain on your device until you delete them. You can remove all inspections and evidence from Settings inside the app, or remove the app to delete its local container. A verified Pro entitlement may remain associated with your Apple Account and can be restored through Apple.
Children and tracking
The app is a professional utility and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children. We do not track users across apps or websites.
